Shipping Information -
- All orders are shipped by Deutsch Post ( German Post Office
)
- All products are shipped from our warehouse in Juelich,
Germany.
Payment of Orders can be made by one of the following ways:
* Banküberweisung ( Bank Transfer
Payment in Advance ),
You transfer the money
for the order to our Bank Account
and we sent your order on
the same day the payment arrives.
* Nachnahme ( COD - Cash On Delivery)
We send your order to
you by Deutsch Post (German Postal System),
and you pay the Postman
at the door, for the cost of the Order,
plus the cost of the Post
Office Nachnahme fee.
* Lastschrift
(for German Bank Account Customers Only)
A Lastschrift is a
pre-authroized form filled out by the customer,
that authorizes
Western-Square to take the cost of the order directly
from your Bank Account.
- You have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase.
Retuned Products must in there Original Sale Condition, unused or
worn.
Except for Custom Made products, All sales are final on Custom Made
products.
- We have No Minimum Order.
- We have No Packaging or Handling Fees.
- The Customer pays for the Postal Shipping Fees for their orders.
Shipping Fees, we ship by Deutsch Post ( German Post Office ),
and we only charge the customer the exact Postal Fees that the Post
Office charges us.
- Postal Fees are based on the weight of your order.
- For Orders with a value of € 300,00 or more, there is no
Shipping Fees.
- For Nachnahme Orders ( COD - Cash On Delivery Orders )
The Customer pays for the Cost of the Order and also pays
for the Cost of the Nachnahme Fee ( COD - Cash On Delivery Fee)
Nachnahme are paid at the door to the Postman that delivers your order.
- For all Foreign Orders ( all orders to countries outside of
Germany ),
the Customer pays the Shipping Fees.
- All prices have the 16% MWST Taxes already included.
